Belly Dancing for Fun and Fitness

Students will learn basic to advanced traditional Belly Dance moves and then integrate them into dance combinations for aerobic and body strengthening.  Emphasis is on fun, technique, isolation exercises, gentle cardio, and a warm-up designed to stretch and strengthen the muscles unique to this dance form.  No dance experience required.
